terranuova.io will generate cash flow with 2% fee of the value of the property fraction, both from the primary and each secondary sale, with the income from renting out the property for tourism purposes and with an increase in the value of the property due to its renovation and the establishment of cash flow from renting it out. All three ways of cashflow will also go into an annual return, which will be paid out to all investors on a monthly basis.

For all the early investors and the ones that are curious about the project, there will be option to participate in the mint of the genesis NFT collection. The upcoming NFT will serve as a pre-purchase for the first three properties to be tokenized under the terranuova.io project. Later this genesis NFT will be exchanged in the ratio 1:1 for the NFT that will represent fraction of the real estate which will be the basis for generating cash flow that holders will receive once a month in their crypto wallet.
